If Non South African passport you must have a residence permit valid for six months.

A passport-size photo in colour(45 MM X 35 MM) full face taken against a white background
-Flight booking
Round trip reservation and detailed itinerary including dates and flight numbers specifying dates of entry and exit of Sweden.
-Hotel booking
Proof of accommodation for the duration of the intended stay, the full name of the applicant, hotel address and phone number,email address
-Cruising
Full itinerary details from the cruise company along with proof of payment of the cruise
Yatch/Sailing; a letter from the sailing company skipper with an itinerary for each day and details of the applicant traveling for vacation, certified Yatch registration, and the passport copy of the skipper.
-Three months’ bank statement
A latest bank statement must reflect full name of the applicant, and home address tamped by bank
Proof of sufficient means of subsistence during the intended stay in Sweden
-Letter confirming employment
If the applicant is employed,he/she should attach a recent letter from the employer
The letter must state the employee’s name , position,,their length of service and nature of service(permanent or contract work)
The letter must indicate that a employer is aware that an employee will taking leave on the said dates and the employee will resume his /her duties upon return
The letter must be written on a company letterhead and must have a date of issue,address, telephone number and position signatory
-Proof of studies
Proof of studies for students must present a recent, official and signed letter from the school,college/university stating a date of issue,name of the applicant and the type of studies or name of the course the student is enrolled in according to the institution record
The unabridged birth certificate must be provided by the applicant with a certified copy of a document
Original copy of ID/Passport with their certified copies
-Documents when parents not traveling together with the child
If one or more of the minor’s legal guardians are not accompanying the minor a sworn affidavit authorizing the minor’s travel must be done by each legal guardian who is not traveling with the minor.
Sworn affidavit can be done either at the SAPS/Commissioner of Oath
A certified copy of a said legal guardian’s ID must be attached together with the sworn affidavit
Invitation letter from Sweden
Invitation letter from the company or business in Sweden/in the Schengen member state territory.
If the trip includes visit to several countries within the Schengen member states territory all countries to be visited must be mentioned in the invitation.
Please note the invitation should motivate the need for multiple entry Schengen visa,if it’s foresseable that the applicant will have more business visits to the Schengen Member States
If the applicant is employed he/she should attach a recent letter from the employer.
The letter must state the employee’s full name,their position,their length of service and nature of service(permanent or contract work)
The letter must include the purpose and duration of the business trip visa that is being applied for,as well as the reason for the need for the multiple entry Schengen visa for future travel,if applicable
A letter must be written on the company letterhead and must have date of issue, address, telephone number and position of the signatory.
If the applicant is financially supported by the employer,this must be clearly mentioned in the letter of employment.
