An applicant may download their Electronic Vaccination Certificates on https;//vaccine.certificate.health.gov.za which must be included on a visa application
-Invitation letter from Spain
Letter of invitation from the host company or authority in Spain, stating purpose, date, and relation with the invited company/person. The invitation letter must be signed by the person inviting and give the details of the company/Person.
The letter must be written in Spanish if addressed to the consulate
An original letter from SA Company confirming the purpose of the trip, dates, relations with the Spanish company, and the applicant’s employment status.
