A statement must reflect an applicant’s full name and address

It must reflect available funds of R25 000 in an account

-Flight booking

An itinerary must reflect an intended flight booking for Qatar

-Hotel booking

A hotel booking must reflect a full name of an applicant, date of arrival and departure, reservation number

Phone number and address

-Application form must be fully completed signed and dated
