An applicant must provide an intended flight booking for Mozambique
-Hotel accommodation
Hotel confirmation for tourism with proof of payment in Mozambique
A hotel booking must reflect a full name of an applicant, hotel address, phone numbers, and date of arrival and departure
-Three months’ bank statement
The latest three months’ bank statement must reflect the full name of the applicant, address stamped by the bank
With at least a balance of R20 000
-Invitation letter from Mozambique
Letter invitation from the relatives in Mozambique, copy of Mozambican ID’B.I/DIRE or passport, ID alongside with proof of residence( recent utility receipt of water electricity in Mozambique)
*All copies should be stamped by the commissioner of Oath or by the foreign affairs in Maputo MINEC
Business Visa
Invitation letter from the company in Mozambique, plus registration document for the company in Mozambique(ALVARA) and tax clearance(IVA)(CERDIDAO DE QUITACAO)
Work Visa
-Valid passport, not less than six months and a minimum of six blanc pages
-Health certificate of the applicant
-Qualifications Degree or Diploma
-Police clearance of the country of origin of the applicant or of the country of residence for the last two years
*Please note all South African Citizens, must have all the above Health Certificate, Degrees/Diplomas,Police clearance must be fully legalized by DIRCO/South African Foreign affairs department
-Work permit or work contract(with the company established in Mozambique plus the registration documents of established company(Beletim da Republica,ALVARA IVA plus Certificado de quitocao INSS)
-Application letter from the applicant company(letter requesting work visa etc)
-Work permission of the Ministry of Labour in Mozambique(Compulsory on application)
-Before applying all documents need to be stamped/certified by the Commissioner of Oath/Notary and by foreign affairs in Maputo
