Please no white shirt when taking a photo, no shade for face
And present a full face, front view eyes open and no smiling
-Photocopy of a ID( back and front) if it’s a card
-Fully completed application form signed and dated by the applicant
-Flight booking
A copy of a flight itinerary for a flight
-Hotel booking
A hotel booking must reflect applicant’s name, hotel address, phone number, and email address with a date of arrival and departure
-Letter confirming employment
Business letter from your company and company’s details of the inviting company from India.
Introduction of a business in South Africa
A letter of incorporation from South Africa is needed
-Six months’ bank statement
The latest bank statement must be dated and stamped by bank
And the full name and address of an applicant
-Invitation letter from India
An invitation letter must state the company and dates of travel and the passport numbers,full name, date of birth, and expiry date of an applicant.
And the inviting company must provide a certificate of incorporation and must be signed by local authorities of India

And India is now issuing electronic visas for South Africans on tourism, business, medical visa
-Traveling with a minor
A consent letter from one of the parents with the certified ID OR Passports
Unabridged birth certificate
