The latest three months’ bank statement must reflect the full name, and address of the applicant stamped by the bank
And sufficient funds on the account
-Proof of vaccination for covid 19
-Vaccination certificate for Yellow fever
-Invitation letter from Guyana
If traveling for business a letter stating a reason for the visit to Guyana from company/business credentials to be provided as well as a letter of invitation from a company in Guyana
