-Hotel booking
A hotel booking must reflect a full name of an applicant, hotel address, date of arrival and departure, and hotel reservation number
If traveling to more than one member state of the EU must also provide the hotel accommodation
If a name of an applicant is not stated on the booking confirmation,the person who booked the accommodation and whose name is stated on the booking confirmation must provide a certified letter confirming that an applicant with be staying with him/her and a copy of his/her id or passport
-Traveling insurance
Traveling insurance must state that it is valid for all EU OR Schengen states
Minimum cover of 30 000 Euro
Passport number, policy number minimum of 30 000 Euro and must cover a duration of a stay

-Three months’ bank statement
The latest three months’ bank statement must reflect the full name, and address of an applicant stamped by the bank
If the applicant is sponsored the applicant should submit the sponsor’s bank statement of the last three months statement with an original in-bank stamp on each page showing sufficient funds, a certified letter signed by the sponsor ID/Passport copy of the sponsor
If an account is a business account and not in an applicant’s name, CK Document or bank letter confirming the applicant has signing powers must be submitted
-Letter confirming employment
An original stamp and signature from the HR department of the company specifying the date of recruitment,position in the company, salary and confirmation of the leave approval, and date of return to duty
If self-employed business certificate
Letter from an accountant or the bookkeeper with original signature on the letterhead( not copy)
-Invitation letter from Greece
Official invitation letter from the inviting company in Greece on official letterhead, stamped and signed including

Name and position of the countersigning company representative
Purpose and duration of the trip
Identity of the invited applicant
Person/company who will bear the travel and living cost and if a sponsored financial guarantee for the visa applicant’s return to South Africa
Hotel reservation unless the inviting party clearly states that accommodations are provided mentioning the details of the accommodation
