An invitation letter must have the name of the invited, phone number address
It must state the dates of arrival and departure from Ghana and signed
An inviter must provide a copy of their passport or ID
-Letter confirming employment
A letter from the employer confirming your designation, leave dates approved and your dates return on duty
-Copy of a South African ID
-Two host passport copies and they must send passport copies
Copy of the signed passport copies
The address, and phone numbers of both references in Ghana
-Vaccination certificate for covid 19
-Three months’ bank statement
An applicant must provide a late three months bank statement
It must reflect an applicant’s full name and address
Must be stamped by the bank
Invitation Letter from Ghana
An applicant must provide a letter from Ghana stating the nature of the business and contact details of a host.
