-Valid passport

A passport must be valid for at least six months with at least 3 blank pages

And it must be in a good condition that is not mutilated or stains

For foreign passport holders, it must also be valid for six months

And they must have a valid residence/work permit valid for six months

An applicant must provide a recent passport-size color photo

-Flight booking

An applicant must provide an intended itinerary and not confirm a flight until a visa is out

-Hotel booking

A hotel booking must show an applicant’s full name, dates of arrival and departure, reservation number

Hotel names,address, phone numbers, and email address

-Letter confirming employment

A letter from an employer confirming your designations,leave dates approved, and your date of return to your duty

If self-employed a applicant must supply a business certificate or letter from your accountant

-Bank Statement

An applicant must provide a latest three months’ bank statement

In case of your partner/parents be responsible of the financial expense please provide a letter from them

Confirming responsibility and providing financial evidence( 3 months’ bank statement and certified copies of a ID)

-Vaccination certificate for covid 19

-Travel Insurance

A travel insurance must be valid for all EU or Schengen states

Minimum cover of 30 000 Euro

Policy letter must state applicant’s passport number,policy number minimum 30 000 Euro and cover for the duration of a stay

Invitation Letter

Invitation letter from inviting company from Germany reflecting full details and nature of a trip stamped by

Official authorities

A letter must include full contact details of an inviting company in Germany and be signed by them

And a letter must state who will be responsible for the expenses of the trip

-Copy of a host passport

A copy of the inviter’s passport who have signed the letter of invitation from Germany.
