A valid passport for at least six months return date

-Flight booking
An applicant must provide an intended itinerary for china and not confirm flight until a visa is out
-Hotel booking
A hotel booking must reflect the full name of the applicant, hotel address, phone number, date of arrival, and departure from China
-Traveling insurance
Travel insurance is recommended for applicants who are over sixty years
-Letter confirming employment
A letter from an employer confirming your designation, leave dates approved and you’re your date of return on duty
If self-employed a business certificate or letter from your accountant
-Bank statement
A late three months bank statement reflecting a full name of an applicant and address stamped by the bank
-invitation letter from China
An official invitation PU letter issued by the relevant unit in mainland China and an invitation letter from
Chinese company from the mainland China
The invitation letter must include the following information
*Information of the applicant like full name, gender, date of birth, passport number
*Details of a planned visit including the purpose of a visit, arrivals and departure dates, details of the financial support to be provided during the stay in China
*Information about the inviting party including full name, contact phone number, address, official stamp, the signature of the legal representative
An invitation letter may be in a form of a fax, photocopy, or computer printout but a consular officer may require the applicant to submit the original invitation letter.
If necessary the consular may require the applicant to provide other proof documents or supplementary materials or require an interview
