A hotel booking must reflect a full name of an applicant,hotel address, phone number and arrival date and departures
-Invitation letter from Hungary
An invitation letter stating a name and address, telephone number email address with duration of stay
Copy of passport ID/Official invitation
-Traveling insurance
Traveling insurance must specify that valid for EU or Schengen states
Minimum cover 30 000 EURO
Passport number, policy number minimum of 30 000 Euro and it must cover the duration of a stay
-Copy of a recent Schengen visa
-Letter confirming employment
A letter from the employer confirming your designation, leave dates approved and your date returnto duty
If self employed business certificate or letter from your accountant
-Three months bank statement
A latest bank statement must reflect a full name of an applicant,home address and stamp by bank
