Application process; Appointment waiting period can take 3 months
Tourist/Leisure visa
-Valid Passport
A valid passport for at least three months after return from the USA with at least three blank pages
It must be in good condition and mustn’t be mutilated or stains
-Two colour photos (5 BY 5 dimensions)
-Latest three months’ bank statement
3 months’ bank statement showing the amount available showing the names of the applicant, address and the bank stamp
-Letter confirming employment
Provide employment letter highlighting applicant names, passport information specifying leave dates, stating applicant occupation,date of employment and applicant will return to work on after the holidays period and the purpose of trip
-Invitation Letter
Provide an invitation letter from the host for the applicant to visit with full name, physical address, phone number, email address
And invitee should specify who will be responsible for the expenses of the trip
-Travellers Insurance
Insurance must cover a duration of a stay with policy number, the insured person, date covered and scheduled benefits
-Inviter Passport copy
An inviter must provide a bio page copy of a passport preferably in colour or ID both back and front
If an inviter is a foreign national must provide a copy of their passport and a residence permit
-A flight booking
An applicant must provide a flight booking and not confirm it until a visa is out
Business visa
Provide a certified copy of an inviter’s id or passport preferably in colour or a bio page of a passport
If an inviter is of a foreign national copy of a bio page passport and residence permit
-Invitation letter from Company
A signed professional letter from the inviting company with a company’s letterhead showing that an applicant is invited to a business meeting
The date and places of business meetings must be specified along with the details of the applicant
Names and contact details of the inviter that is full names, contacts numbers and email address
Inviters’ ID or Passport
The inviter must specify who is responsible for the expenses of the trip
